Inside the sprint
We embedded with Beacon’s COO and research pod to map their weekly rituals, then built a prompt system that handles meeting prep, inbox research, and post-call follow-ups. Every assistant is wired into Slack, Notion, and their CRM so insights reach the right owner without anyone nudging.
The sprint ended with a reusable playbook: data hygiene checklist, Custom GPT instructions, and telemetry rails so finance and operations can replicate the pattern without waiting for central AI teams.
